How matching works
Matching compares information you declare in your profile with an employer's requirements. Required skills, qualifications and experience can affect eligibility; ranking factors help compare suitable opportunities. A match score is not a job offer, a background check or a guarantee of suitability.
A safer hiring process
Employers are responsible for their adverts and hiring decisions. Verification badges refer to checks recorded by the platform, not a guarantee of employment or conduct. Keep job conversations on the platform, use conversation reporting for concerns, and never pay an employer to secure a job.
