Using the marketplace
These terms cover Fresh Naija Jobs, operated by COLBRYAN Technologies. By using the service you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person or company, share account access, or submit false qualifications.
Employer responsibilities
Post genuine, current vacancies with accurate duties, location, pay period and requirements. You must have authority to recruit for the named employer. Do not charge candidates to secure a job, post discriminatory or unlawful requirements, or use applications for unrelated marketing. Update or close adverts when a role is no longer available.
Job-seeker responsibilities
Only claim skills, experience and qualifications you actually hold. Check the employer and job details before sharing information or accepting an offer. Application eligibility and a match score do not guarantee an interview or employment.
Applications and credits
The application screen shows the credit cost before submission. Credits are recorded in a ledger and are not cash, transferable money or a guarantee of placement. Coin purchasing and rewarded ads are not currently live. Any future checkout must disclose its price and terms before you pay.
Communications and files
Use application conversations for recruitment matters. Do not send abuse, scams, malicious files or unsolicited advertising. Only upload files you have permission to share. Report concerning messages through the conversation controls; support may review reported material.
Verification and moderation
Verification badges describe recorded platform checks, not a guarantee of conduct, safety or competence. Test-mode checks are not independent verification. We may review, restrict or remove misleading content and abusive accounts. Contact support if you believe a moderation decision is mistaken.
Hiring and external services
Employment agreements are between the employer and worker. We do not guarantee vacancies, response times, interview results or hiring outcomes. External communication, interview and payment services have their own terms; examine them before proceeding.
Availability and disputes
We aim to keep the service usable but outages and errors can occur. Contact us about service problems or disputes so they can be investigated. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law. These terms may be updated as the service changes. Updated 23 October 2026.
