Essential storage
The hire_session cookie supports authenticated access and expires after seven days. It is protected from browser JavaScript and uses secure transport in production. Blocking or deleting it signs you out. The hire-theme local-storage entry remembers your display preference until you change it or clear browser data.
Advertising is currently disabled
The site publishes AdSense ownership information and an ads.txt record. Those files do not themselves request an ad or set an advertising cookie. The homepage has a reserved responsive ad position, but Google display ads are not currently active. Internal service promotions link to COLBRYAN's contact channel.
Before advertising is activated
A consent-management platform must be configured and tested for the relevant regions and advertising choices before Google ad requests are enabled. For applicable personalised advertising in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google requires a certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. A simple site preference button is not a substitute for that integration.
Your choices
You can clear site cookies and local storage in your browser, although this can sign you out and reset preferences. No optional advertising consent is requested or assumed while ads are disabled. When advertising is enabled, a persistent privacy-choice control must let you review or withdraw the choices collected by the CMP.
Third-party services
Following an external WhatsApp or interview link opens a separate service which may use its own cookies. Google explains advertising technologies and controls at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
