About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage projects from briefing and design development to construction and handover. Coordinate clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers. Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and documentation. Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and compliance. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Requirements: Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant project management experience. Strong knowledge of BOQs, budgeting, and project documentation. Proficiency in project management tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD/SketchUp and PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
