About the role

We are looking for a *confident, proactive, and target-driven Sales Call Officer* who can engage prospective customers, follow up on leads, and drive sales through effective communication. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. * Introduce products and services while clearly communicating their benefits. * Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities. * Achieve assigned call and sales targets. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. * Follow up consistently with prospects to support customer conversion and retention. Requirements * Minimum of *OND, HND, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification*. * Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a related role is an advantage. * Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. * Strong customer relationship management skills. * Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain focused on targets. * Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. * Must be resident in *Sapele, Delta State*, or willing to work there.
