About the role

We are seeking a smart, hardworking, and customer-friendly female sales representative to join our fabric store in Lekki Phase 1. The ideal candidate should be pleasant, patient, organized, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. She will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the store's appearance, organizing fabrics, and supporting the brand's social media presence. Key Responsibilities Attend to walk-in customers and assist them with fabric selection and purchases. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships. Fold, arrange, and organize fabrics and materials within the store. Ensure the store remains clean, neat, and visually appealing at all times. Take clear and attractive photos and videos of fabrics and new arrivals. Post products and updates on Instagram and other social media platforms as required. Respond to customer inquiries both in-store and online. Assist in inventory organization and stock management. Support daily store operations and administrative tasks. Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements Minimum of OND qualification. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media posting. Well-presented, courteous, and customer-oriented. Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Patient, hardworking, honest, and reliable. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
