Job Summary We are seeking a competent, results-driven, and experienced professional to fill the position of Branch Manager in Kano State, Nigeria. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, managerial, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee branch operations, lead a team, drive business growth, and ensure excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business activities 2. Manage branch staff, supervise performance, and promote productivity. 3. Drive sales growth, business development, and customer acquisition. 4. Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures. 5. Address and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues. 6. Achieve branch targets, business objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills. 3. Demonstrated ability to manage operations and drive business performance. 4. Experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage. Salary N400,000 monthly.
