About the role
Are you passionate about making processes better and driving measurable business impact? We are seeking a Head, Continuous Improvement for a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying process inefficiencies, leading improvement initiatives, reducing operational costs and strengthening quality management across the organisation. What we're looking for: - A minimum of 7 years' relevant professional experience. - Experience in continuous improvement, process excellence, operational excellence or business process reengineering. - Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills. - Experience applying process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma. - A track record of delivering measurable operational or financial improvements. - Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities.
